The guys working here were great. Being a complete noob with campervans, like I was, they were super helpful. They gave me all the advices and tips I needed. The van was in excellent condition and drove easily. The pickup and drop-off went smoothly. In conclusion, would totally recommend.

Hard to reach as it's located inside of another big company, also be aware that your navigation system will probably drive you to the wrong entrance. Also the guys were quite friendly but we were unlucky with the van, it was in general bad conditions both on the outside and on the inside.

Terrible experience! We got scammed by IndieCampers - even though we purchased the best insurance policy that's suppose to cover any damage, this small dent that appeared on our van was charged on 800 on us! We couldn't believe it! We got charged as it was broken or all torned off. Also, the van kept spilling water inside a lot, some of the van equipment didn't function properly forcing us to not being able to shower in the van for some days

Rented a van with full insurance, I had my glass broken and my bags stolen in Costa De Caparica and I add to pay 120e for the window because it was not covered. It was an old van and the handle came off by opening the door and had to pay other extra 199e for the repair. Be carefull to check everything by yourself when they deliver you the van.

Beware of booking through this company. They said the camper we booked wasn't available and refused to refund us and we're now having to lodge a dispute through our bank. Sadly have now seen many reviews with similar stories - definitely wish we'd seen them before booking! Awful experience.

WOW! Great guys there. We had an appointment at 3pm today. Just wanted to park our camper there at 12 for safety reasons before the regular appointment and immediately we got a service. We had big issues with our car. Came back three times within of that day and they found solutions which made us happy. They are super friendly and very patient. Top! Much better than the support via email and phone. Thanks a lot!

Awesome check out process. They even picked us from the airport. Lots of tips for going around the country and finding campsites. The van worked perfectly! We had a friggin blast! When bringing the van back it was a smooth check in process and even gave us a ride to the metro. We rented in Barcelona and dropped off in Lisbon. We drove over 3000km and not one problem! We had a question on the ride and they answered within mins in a chat option on their website. Awesome group with an awesome group of vans! Thanks a bunch guys!
