Bought a voucher for three massages for my pregnant girlfriend, They messaged me to offer a time and date and when I messaged back to confirm they ignored the message. When my girlfriend went there they said they had no record of the booking. Awful service but ok... The only time they had available was a month from the date! We booked and they sent us a message asking for the voucher codes to confirm the booking, which we did. They also suggested just one massage even though we had paid for three. My girlfriend arrives again to be greeted by a very rude man who said there was no booking confirmed and even when presented with proof, proceeds to argue with a pregnant lady, not even allowing her to enter the building. This has caused her stress as the man was confrontational and implied she was lying. She asked to make a complaint and they have the cheek to say she can't because she isn't a client! Don't waste your money with this scam organisation.

Péssimo atendimento e desorganização na marcação de um serviço. Nunca antes tive problemas com o parceiro com o qual vocês têm vouchers, sendo claro que este problema está nos vossos serviços. A entidade será, claro, devidamente notificada da lamentável ocorrência. Depois de me cancelarem presencialmente um serviço confirmado via email, não fui vossa cliente nem serei, e não recomendo este espaço - pela minha experiência hoje, num confronto presencial à porta do estabelecimento, está longe de se preocupar com o bem-estar do próximo.
