Joy is an awesome osteopath who is very competent and proficient at fixing and improving systemic issues with my body. She takes a holistic approach to the therapy and has improved my core strength and surfing with some handy breathing and stretching tips. Can recommend you book an appointment if you’re experiencing post surf pain.

I was at home with extremely strong pain in the back after a surfing session. I could not move at all. Joy offered me a prompt appointment in his office. Super professional, I went there with a very bad low back pain and Joy made me feel an improvement. She gave me some tips and exercises for my back pain that worked wonders. The space is nice and bright, good vibes. I highly recommend it both for a loose session and for a long treatment.

Not only an amazing osteopath, Joy is a brilliant yoga teacher! I have being following Joy weekly (during this worldwide crisis) with her online yoga sessions. The way she teaches just makes you want to practice yoga, more and more. Joy makes sure all her classes are unique!
