Nice museum. Beautiful and interesting sculptures, paintings and also the architecture of the building. There is much humidity on the walls of some sections: need to be reformed. Friendly staff.

Good museum with a beautiful garden. Lots of paintings and sculpture and a few exhibits, but some of the paintings lacked an English description. Price is quite reasonable.

The museum has a great collection to see the Portuguese art and history. The collection has a good informations for each one and the space build is big, beautiful and has a great atmosphere. There's no information about the free entrance for the residents of Portugal and the café isn't working when I was there.

Beautiful building and a very generous permanent collection that's definitely worth the symbolic price for a single admission.

Beautiful collection of paintings by Portuguese artists, which are not very popular outside Portugal. Interiors of the palce, the collection of glass and tabeware or miniatures is another surprise. Wonderful escape in a sunny day especially if you visit the garden with indian peafowls wandering around. I do not understand critic oppinions - not every museum must be like Louvre. Nie rozumiem krytycznych opinii - nie każde muzeum musi być jak Luwr.

Good collection of faience and other porcelain, some super interesting paintings by local artists. Currently under construction but they’ve reduced the entrance fee to compensate for that.

A most fantastic art museum. Plenty of trivia and treasures from the age of discovery and colonial trinkets, a wonderful historical collection, and a most insightful XIX and XX art collection. Greatly enjoyed the exibition and totally recommend to every traveler in Porto
