It was a company to make business only when others are not available. They left for the last 13 minutes before the deed to say they will not do the act. Even the bank representative was at this time at the meeting and didn't get the point. They sent her to be there with the payment to give to the sellers. The last but not least, they can't say what was the legal motive to not do what was supposed to. Shameful is the only thing that comes at my mind. Day after this, we did the public deed without any problem. We have higher losses because the sellers have a flight back to the USA and we were forced to change it with no need at all. The buyers changed a trip they have scheduled long time and lose their money as well. It's not fair and more than that... It's not a professional way to deal with his customers.
