Luis Dias is a true wizard of house conveyancing! Having been recommended his services by other members of my family who had bought properties in the Tomar region of Portugal, I was extremely impressed by his expediency in starting all the searches the very same afternoon as my offer for the house was accepted. From the acceptance of my offer to the signing of the house deeds took all of fourteen days! Even with a slight delay in obtaining my taxpayers number due to Covid-19 restrictions, Luis very kindly rearranged his schedule such that I could complete within the short time for which I was over in Portugal. I was very grateful for his sensitivity as the UK went into lockdown shortly after. Furthermore, Luis has a fantastic command of English and a very pleasant and approachable manner, and I would highly recommend his services.

As a retiree from IAEA and Austrian client, I can recommend professional lawyer Mr Luis Dias who adviced me regarding property purchase in Central Portugal through Imobiliaria Chavetejo.
