Fui cliente durante 4 anos. Mudou de gerência há cerca de um ano e a desorganização instalou-se de tal forma que perdem roupa dos clientes, entregando roupa de uns a outros, por vezes sem recuperação. Fiquei sem 8 camisas Ralph Lauren. Lamentável.
