Very nasty place, they promised us a room with seaview and let us pay first through booking.com. After payment they gave us another room without this view. We did not agree and asked to return our money. They refused to return our money nor did they come up with an Solution. The place was completely empty! Communication was half Russian and not polite. We had to leave without a refund and lost our money. Do not go there!!

Best hotel on town..brsrt food in restaurant Atlantiko Sintra..
The wifi is terrible, the grill is not included and the kitchen has terrible amenities. These are the only bad things about the place. But the balcony is amazing and the covered spot is great for the evenings when it gets to windy for the balcony.
The door was closed, the person working in there, with the loundry, refused to talk with us, none of the 4 phone number available worked. We gave up and rented on the other side of the main street "residencial oceano" where the staff is really good, breakfast is included, the rooms are perfect, with sea view and the price is the same so, thank you for not opening, I guess. Booking said there where free rooms but we dis not want to book without seeing it 1st.
Okay price but it’s like a ghost hotel, and it has a very strange and eerie atmosphere. It also smells a bit damp and the plumbing isn’t great.
