The hostel is amazing, really clean, friendly service, good breakfast, and good common area, the hostel's setting is convenient, close to city centre, supermarket, restaurants and souvenir shops. The only problem was the heat, they only have fan, at the floor, so try to get a bottom bed (bunk beds). In the otherwise you cannot sleep.

Great hostel in a central location, walking distance to everything. We had an ensuit twin room. It came with towels, soaps, shampoo, ironing board, hair dryer, and breakfast in the morning. Lots of space to hang your clothes. Lots of plugs by the bed to charge your devices. There's a little bar if you like craft beer. Very welcoming staff. I'd definitely recommend and return next time I'm in town.
Great hostel! Rooms are very clean and beautiful, bathroom well equipped. Staff is absolutely lovely and helpful. The price was appropriate.
Awesome staff, super friendly and welcoming. I stayed in the ensuite 6 bed female dorm which was comfortable, bright and airy. Everything was spotless. Drawers for storage and personal reading light/plug was a plus. Right in the heart of Alfama so plenty of cute little streets, shops, and good food around. Walking distance from bus stop, train station and free walking tour pickup (definitely do that). The breakfast was basic, lacking some fruit and not really accommodating toward my gluten intolerance (even the cereals had gluten). The coffee was good and strong. I would stay here again.
I loved this hostel! Be prepared for a bit of a climb up the stairs but it's well worth it. Great facilities and excellent location in the old town. The staff are so friendly and helpful. Definite 10 out of 10!!

Great Hostel in a great city. The staff was very helpful making our first hostel stay and first European experience successful and fun. The facilities were very updated and exceeded all of my expectations.
