Smaller than I expected. Only a few table games. Don't be fooled by the size of the exterior.

You need to bring ID even if you're going to the restaurant or the club. We came all the way across town by bus to dance (not gamble) and we're turned away.

Impressive architecturally on the outside but the atmosphere inside is slightly unsettling, the low point of my Madeiran trip..

Grim vibe... rude staff... poor drinks service. Literally the only negative experience of my 3 week stay on the beautiful island of Madeira.

Have to register with ID before you head in. Currently table service only so sit down and ask someone to bring a drink over. Big enough, good night out.

Really nice pleasant experience, mist casino staff were friendly and helpful.

very bad experience, awful vibes. They did not receive us well. The staff is arrogant and not polite. My girlfriend could not seat next to me at the table where I was the only player. I went to casinos in France,Italy, Spain and Switzerland, I have never seen such a behavior... I do not recommand this place to anyone who wants to have a great night.

Lovely food and decent wine. The show and dinner was a good deal. Three courses and wine refilled twice. Two small children were catered for and made to feel extra special - although had to enter via side doors so as not to go through casino due to age restrictions. Smart casual dress code. Glass of sparkling wine on arrival at 19.00 then dinner and the show lasted for around 45 mins and finished at 22.15. Don't forget photo ID for entry into casino. Only criticism was some staff lacked the ability to smile and the decor is traditional of the 1970s.
