A really nice local museum that goes largely unnoticed by locals and tourists. A real shame because they have a great local Celtic and Roman collection. Along with typical artifacts are some really fine pieces including Celtic torc's and a nice helmet.

If you look a great place to know about our history, this is a good one. They have tools since early civilization until Roman Empire. Loved it.

Such a lovely visit I had! Eventhough it’s small but definitely worth it, newly renovated!

Very nice museum with 4 exhibitions rooms where you can see the archaeological findings from the area and find out more about the Roman settlement. The gentleman at the desk was very very kind. The mosaic is quite degraded unfortunately.

Really great exposition informing about the history of the city and its surroundings from the Neolithic Age to the Middle Ages. Nice collection of ceramic, glass, coins and other artefact. Reconstruction of Roman villas, baths, mosaics... well done!

Nice museum, quiet, well explained... Feels a bit under appreciated.
