Loved the experience. Tried different dishes and all were delicious. I will repeat for sure.

Pretty nice restaurant. The environment was really nice and the waiters were extremely friendly. The food itself is pretty good for the \standard asian restaurant\, but not good enough for the price. Overall still a nice experience to go once.

Very pricy for small portions and 'non- authentic' Asian food. Though must say the only good part of the food was the plating / presentation. The restaurant was nicely decorated and service staff were friendly. It's a place for a drink not a place for getting culinary satisfaction.

The best Asian restaurant in Porto. Once u visit you definitely will come back again and again.

Pros: - The ambience is nice - The variety of the menu - The service Cons: - The food is rather a hopeful reinterpretation of the original recipes than the real deal. - Pricey for what it is There aren't many SE Asian restaurants in Porto, so I was really excited to visit this one. Although the place is nice, and even kind of trendy, as I ate, my excitement soon became a deep disappointment. Although recipes can vary across different places and according different people, some ingredients are characteristics of certain recipes. Some complexity are characteristic of certain recipes. The food served in Boa Bao 'looks' the same but it definitely doesn't taste the same. Not even close. I felt deceived. It is not all bad, it's simply not right.

Came here for dinner in a group of friends. The place is beautiful and very spacious. But that's where the good points end. The waiter forgot and confused our order. We waited 30 more minutes for the right dishes to arrive. Food was nothing special, as for the prices they are charging you honestly expect much more. And the cherry on top was our bill with all the wrong dishes we did not order in it. I can't recommend this place but i added an extra star for a beautiful environment.

The restaurant is very big. From the outside, one wouldn't know the space inside is that big. As I went through the restaurant to my table, the spacious setting, the decor, lights and the ceiling did make me remember some places I've been in Thailand and Indonesia. The food was also good and portions are very generous. The beverages list is also very good, and the fresh fruit juices are wonderful. The food is spicy, but nothing compared to the originals. The service was quick. My rating, a bit lower, is based mainly on the price and the fact that the flavour was not on par neither with the originals nor with the price I paid. I wished for a bit more, for a bit less.

The place is beautiful yes, the thing is you will pay for it..so we had a pleasant time here but weren't amazed by the food. From the starters to the desert, it was good but not great (we are used to Asian food), and quite expensive compare to other Asian place around this area. I will recommend the Tailander if you want Amazing and affordable thai food nearby
