We rented a car for a day to visit nearby towns. The car was in great condition. The staff upfront were really nice. We didn't have our passports so this young woman drove us to our place and waited for me to get our passports and then drove us back. What a service! Highly recommend.

To be honest, I've never seen such professional staff at any car rental anywhere in the world. The gentleman in charge of the check out and check in process knew exactly what people want to know when they rent a car, and he answered all our questions before we could even ask them. The price of the car was very reasonable. The location of the office is good too - it's walking distance from the Old Town.

These people are great! When we forgot the passports in our hotel across town, they gave my husband a lift to go pick them up. They also gave us some great recommendations for places we might like to visit!

Did not go the extra mile so to speak. Take it or leave it attitude. Very expensive. Brusk and not particularly helpful. Booked and then cancelled. Ended up renting with Avis where our experience was exactly the opposite.
