Ik ben reeds jaren klant van Worten maar haak nu af. De bediening in de winkel is ondermaats en dat ligt niet enkel aan de coronacrisis. Desorganisatie is hier troef. Koelkast met promotieprijs was niet meer in voorraad verneem je dan na 3/4 uur wachten. Zelfde ervaring vorige week in andere vestiging, maar dan ander apparaat. Ben elders geweest en super goed bediend, door kleinere zelfstandige. Leve de Portugese middenstand.
