I ordered Veggiedents, they are vet recommended and my pup loves them! Products are of very good quality. This is a Canadian website but does ship from EUR so there may be additional duties to pay once order has been placed and shipped. Order was easy to place online and customer service (my rep was Rita) is extremely friendly and helpful.

I did not understand until well after I placed my order that it would be shipping from Portugal. I paid extra for the shipment to be there within 4-5 days, as I had a critical care cat that I was feeding with an esophageal tube. The shipment did eventually arrive, in good condition, 13 days after I had ordered it. The patient I needed it for had died five days previously, but not for lack of the product. I will now be looking for another vet to donate the product to. I wish that this company had been more realistic about where the product had been shipping from and the time it would take to get there.
I have mixed feelings about my order. Vivapets was relatively good with communication, but it took almost 1.5 months for my order to arrive. My biggest problem, though, was with the packaging. I ordered multiple 6-packs of canned pet food, and they arrived loose in an unpadded plastic shipping bag. If just one of them had been damaged, and popped open, it would have been a mess. They definitely need better packaging for this type of container.
This is the second order of my French Bulldog’s favorite squeaker toys. The delivery is unbelievably quick, even quicker than domestic orders. I am very pleased with this company!
I used this company years ago and was glad to find them again to order the same product for a different pet. It arrived by international post within a few weeks which I thought was good for the global mail situation at this time.
2 out of 4 products have empty since no any protection material wrapped. Hope that u can take care of this. I wrote email，but no reply received.
Used Express delivery arrived within 4 days . Love the product we bought and the timeline it was delivered in . Have no problem recommending vivapets as my experience was a positive one
Great experience. My cat is super picky & the only renal food you can get is from a veterinary office. This online retailer ships international but they are pretty quick & they even emailed me if what I ordered was out of stock but not yet reflected on their site. They have different renal diet food & my cat loves the Royal canin pouches you can’t actually get in Canada. They average same price or a bit cheaper even with shipping, if comparing to vet food but office a different variety. My cat & I both approve! I place a bulk order with them once a month.
