This Jewelry store does not tale théorie clients seriously. Thé owner is Never there she doesn't Care about her clients she should bé ashamed. I have bought Many pièces if Jewelry and have only problems with them she doesnt answer thé phone and each Time her employée answer she repeats herself customer service does not exist on this store. I am Still waiting for a ring that i have asked for repair that i have only Wien for there weeks un two years as it Always has problems and i have to pays ti send it there as there is ni gaurantee what si everything and i asked to échange and they will not do it with us a faulty model from thé Gumus range. I have been their client for Many years and they dont have any considération.
