We've have stayed here a couple of times really enjoyed, very quite and cozy, a short walk to the fishing village of Rabo de Peixe ,S. Miguel, a 10 minute drive to Ponte Delgada or Ribeira Grande. The hostes are a lovely friendly couple, highly recommend.
