It's a very short trip for the money. You have to download an app for the audio tour?. Better just to have someone talking. The sales staff should be nice and help you not talk to you badly.we tried to upgrade our ticket for an extra service but were denied point blank. Porto in all its beauty deserves better.

They promised a wine tour at Calem, but when we arrived there, they told us is was for another place. Why would somebody lie about that??? You need to download an app for the audio guide, but they don't tell you to bring headphones...
The staff was very rude and making up covid rules regarding eating and drinking: according to them you have to keep mask on while eating. Enforcing this in a degrading manner. Tour wasnt worth it.
Wouldn't recommend because it's advertised as one hour but after 41 minutes we already got off the boat. There was supposed to be audioguide available but it was broken or disabled. It was a nice (short) boat ride though.
We reserved a ticket online for a boat tour at 9:30 am. The instructions said to be there 10min earlier and meet the agent at the address. We arrived well on time, but there was no one, there is no sign “BlueBoats”, nothing at all. After asking around, we finally found the “office” which is in one of the ice cream booths on the street. I suggested them to put a sign with “BlueBoats”, but the lady pointed at one of these poster advertisements on the street and said “you see, it is blue”... The tour started at 10am, which left us waiting half an hour with nothing to do. The views from the boat are beautiful, but the audio guide is not synchronized with the actual location. One of the two headsets that we received was not working at all, so we had to share the working one. Overall, I do not recommend this company.
Terrible con. Cost 14 Euro per person for a 50min ride and leaflet said there would be audio guide available. When we got on the boat there was no audio and there was no tour guide person. So literally you just go up and down the river for 50mins. A real con. After the tour when I got off the boat and found a staff member they just said yes it's been broken for 6 months you should have been informed. Literally no one was informed as we all just bought the ticket as we got on. A huge con
The view was nice... But the staff seems bored, hurries you to get on/off. The audio visit was not very accurate regarding where to look while cruising, and poor audio quality. We weren't lucky since we've been on the same boat as many noisy students that did not care at all about the visit. In addition, the combo ticket to visit a winery tells Burmester and/or Calem, but in fact, only Burmester is possible... I'm a bit disappointed!
This company and the staff are terrible. It is obvious the staff have no sense of customer service, nor do they take any pride in their job. Audio on the boat did not work, and the staff mis-informed us about the cellar tour, which we missed because we ran out of time. Staff act as if they could care less. Pick a tour with anyone other than this operator.
