Todos os colaboradores são super profissionais. Antes de qualquer intervenção é informado o que vão fazer, como o vão fazer e porquê. Clínica bem equipada. Pode-se comprar alimentos e alguns medicamentos como é normal em todas as clínicas, e tem ótimas condições para animais que fiquem internados. Em situações de emergência, têm sido sempre super rápidos.
