Thank you very much for your excellent service. We were able to directly receive treatment for an animal we brought in an emergency situation. We were treated respectfully and all our questions and problems were adressed. We felt treated very sensitively. Thank you, keep up the excellent work!

This was the first veterinary hospital I went to when I arrived in Portugal - my cat was in bad shape due to urinary problems, the doctor was very helpful and all the other members of the staff seemed very caring and committed. He stayed in intensive care for a few days and came home well, I was instructed how to care for him. Been going back there ever since! Yesterday I took my cat there and it was another doctor - equally helpful and caring, gave me valuable information on rabies vaccines I didn't know about. Also, their prices are reasonable - even for emergencies and intensive care.

Great service in English. They took blood sample for rabbies test for my dog before going to Morocco, arranged the official lab test and sent me the results in a fair time frame.
