I guess it is all about expectations. First time I went there (November 2020) I waited one or two days to do the test and when I showed up at the scheduled time I had to queue in the car for 2h30 to get the test and the results came two days later. Recently, Jan 2021, I scheduled the test for the same day, was expecting to queue for another 2h30 but it "only" took 1h30, as they had a lot more test tents running simultaneously. They also told me I would get the results the following day, 16h later I got the results. So, compared to my last experience and my expectations this experience was a lot better. However, the waiting time must still be improved. A lot of patients in queue have 38º of fever, muscle pain, sore throat, caughing... and many are driving their own car for hours in their drive through... They should be in bed... Still, the drive through is a lot better and safer than waiting outside, standing in line, like I heard in other labs I had a third experience recently (Jan 21) with a rapid test. Waited 1h30 in line once again. On the phone they said it would take 5h to get the results, on the website they say 4h and when I was there taking the test, the health professional said 1h... It took 18h! A couple of hours before I got the results, I wrote them saying I didn't need the results anymore, as they were taking too long, and asked for the money back. They didn't reply to my email, but I got the money back in my account. Bottom line: unless you know of a faster drive thru, I recommend this one, but be ready to wait 1h30 in the car. For rapid tests, you may want to opt for a different lab.

Why make an appointment pass number plate information use pincode; it just gives you the feeling things are actually organised. Then standing in a long long line of cars, reality kicks in; nothings is organized; 4 test for 1 car, no previous made appointment, all were allowed in; it took 3hrs to get the test.

Olá, marquei exame no parque das nações que na verdade é em sacarvem , chegando la fui muito mal recebido, fiz a marcação por telefone onde fui informado que poderia estar acessando o Local de moto, percorri cerca de 8 km no local fui informado com muita ignoracia que não poderia estar ali de moto muito menos realizar o exame. Fui convidado a me retirar do local e me reedirecionaram para o um novo ponto de teste na alameda, chego no local e o mesmo se encontra encerrado. Operacional ta 10, sem contar a fila de carros logo pela manhã. Não recomendo o ponto de recolha, a muitos outros pontos onde serão tratados com dignidade e terão mais propridades nas informações, já que para realizar viagens internacionais é nescessarios exames com 24 horas de antecedencia não temos margens para sermos desisnformados.

Apesar de se ter tratado de um momento difícil, foi muito agradável todo processo com a Unilabs. Desde o processo de marcação, à organização do Drive-Thru, à simpatia e carinho da pessoa que me fez a recolha e até o um processo administrativo que tive de tratar, tudo correu muito bem. Muito obrigado pela vossa entrega e dedicação! De salientar que apesar das longas filas, a organização dos Drive-Thru está exemplar! Um dos grandes problemas são as pessoas que não cumprem o seu horário e deslocam-se para o local muitas horas antes. Ainda assim, depois é tudo compensado uma vez que dentro do recinto existem filas dedicadas a cada hora de marcação, fazendo com que ninguém passe à frente de ninguém apenas por não cumprir o seu horário.

A fila "Gold" e misteriosa como algumas pessoas aqui chamam é simples.... ao fazer a marcação no site se acederem à 1ª opção "Unilabs Go" passarão à frente pq marca-se com horário e indicação da matricula da viatura. É somente tomarem atenção às opções de marcação. Hj tb lá estive, ontem marquei para às 9h cheguei eram 8,25 e às 9,12 já estava despachada! Pessoal saúde fantástico. A única reclamação que tenho a fazer é somente por parte da Policial Municipal de Loures que lá se encontra, mal formada, arrogante e de uma extrema falta de educação para com as pessoas, mas essa queixa já fiz no Portal de Queixa... ABUSO DE AUTORIDADE, pensam que estão a comandar um rebanho de ovelhas....
