I've used this place to send money a couple of times and they have been great. However, be sure to remember to bring your passport or identification if wanting to send money. Both times I forgot and had to return to my apartment to get it. Also, one time I accidentally left my passport with them after doing a transaction. I realized and went as soon as they opened the next day and they had kept it for me - I was quite relieved! Overall, a convenient place to send money in the same building as the Tourist Police.
