What a fun speak easy! It seats about 8 people and it becomes such an intimate experience with whoever is in the bar and the owner. What an impressive collection and wealth of knowledge he has about the world, his spirits and Lisbon! If you’re in the mood for “just one drink” or “a night cap” or “something interesting” go here! Don’t be pretentious about it and have him make you something you’d normally never order- it’ll be worth it!

We researched best cocktails Lisbon, so Ulysses popped up. Amazing drinks indeed,. The bartender goes beyond to ensure experience for the guests. Small, intimate place where one has no choice to make friends and talk with others. With such a beautiful small bar, lot of attention from people outside. The bartender ensures that privacy of the guests is adhered with no photos from outside. Refreshing to see. So for those trying to take photos, Please respect your fellow humans ( ask for permission). Thank you for a rare one of a kind experience and looking after the guests. Awesome.
