I specifically called this company because they were given a bad review by only one person and I am not one who believes bad reviews . 1. Telephone manners- excellent 2. Punctuality- excellent 3. Driver- very polite 4. Driver- very service oriented and good driving skills 5. Taxi cleanliness- excellent (no cigarette smell) 6. We received a text message from the company to inform us as to when they were dispatched and what time the taxi got to our door And at the end of the text message we were wished to have a good trip!!! Now a company that goes to this much detail I very much doubt they would be so careless with another customer. I FOR ONE WILL NOT HESITATE CALLING THEM THE NEXT TIME I VISIT PORTO
