It’s a very beautiful apartment-hotel, absolutely amazing views, well located and really comfortable. The only thing that caught us by surprise was that there’s an extra cost for the WiFi of 5 per every 24h of WiFi, but that’s pretty much everything.

Very good flats near the beach, the only reason why I don't rate 5* is because they don't offer free WiFi.
Locations nice, Ask for a frontal sea view apartment though. No hot water on last few days of holiday and towels replaced one of which contained blood by the looks of it. WiFi 20 euro deposit and 5 euro a day to use.
DO NOT BOOK!!! Demand a 2 grand cancellation fee. I booked on booking.com on the basis of paying upon arrival and they want the money now or I get charged. Not answering emails or phone calls. Very disappointed and angry
Nice and clean, stayed a few times but make sure you specify a frontal sea view when booking, 2nd floor and above. Well worth it. Situated off the main strip at the quiet end but 5-10 minute walk to bars / restaurants. Praia da Rocha itself is a nice place with a long white sandy beach.
For the price it's perfect, but it's loud, got uncomfortable pillows and is missing some really useful utensils in the kitchen. Other than that it's close to the beach and it's right on the big avenue with shops and restaurants and it's a pretty big apartment so if you're on a budget I would recommend it.

This is a beautiful place the staff are so friendly and helpful the hole place is spotlessly clean .The brochures do not do justice for the Apartmentos or indeed the staff. Thank you for a wonderful holiday
