Fantastic afternoon. Our guide Francisco made everyone feel really welcome and shared some great stories about the local area. The food and wine tastings in each place were brilliant and it was a great way to eat new foods at new places that we never would have found by ourselves. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Lisbon.

Well organised tour with a guide who works hard that all group members feel comfortable and have a good experience. The visited places all served nice food, but don't expect fine dining. A box wine might be advertised for a product from a small family wine yard with sustainable production - but it's part of the experience. All together a great evening, would do it again.
Excellent food and drinks and ourvour nice guide Francisco, who was fun, witty and very knowledgeable made it even better. Highly recommend.
Marianne was our guide for the afternoon, she was knowledgeable, well spoken and charming. She took us to small, out of the way places we'd never find. I was travelling solo and she made feel comfortable and welcome. Many tasty eats and drinks, lots of history and an all round great experience! I would recommend 100% Thanks again for the great day! Peter
Brilliant tour! I would definitely recommend it. Francisco was lovely and a great host. He had great knowledge of the food and showed us beautiful parts of the city. Couldn't fault anything, it was amazing, especially the food!
Excellent, pleasure time. Top a1 class tour. Will not tell you any more :) just enjoy
Ruthy and Marianne were so warm, welcoming and fun. From the first time we met them we knew we were in for a fun day as they were so bubbly. The tour takes you to various locations, all special in their own way, and introduces you to different foods, and drinks which are particular to Portugal. All the foods were delicious, and the information provided was very interesting. We were also encouraged to interact with the other guests and we had so much fun together! I would definitely recommend this tour to anyone looking to experience traditional Portuguese food, and have a fun day out!
What’s the best way to really get a feel for a place? Walk the neighborhood, eat at the bars and cafes and talk to locals. Ruthy’s Lisbon's Best Flavors tour does exactly this. We started off with a unique view of the city overlooking the sea and various neighborhoods of Lisbon. We then made our way through the Alfama neighborhood to various bakeries, and bistros, sampling specialties of each. Throughout the walk, Ruthy pointed out various murals, neighborhood points of interests and imparted her own experiences with local cuisine. The pace was perfect between walking and stopping to eat and drink. Considering all of the delicious meals, insight into the neighborhood and comraderie, the price was well worth it, an experience we could not have duplicated on our own.
