The Tous earrings purchased two months ago in this shop became usty\ like 2 fashion jewelry. The warranty department advised me to go to the nearest Tous to have them looked at in order to estimate whether they are defective. The girl in Lisbon Tous shop offered to clean them for me. In several hours I had them back cleaned. This never happened to similar jewelry from Swarowski even though I wore it much more. I appreciate the costumer service though.
