Dear all sorry to write again, but i have again problem with fedex TNT, here in Lisbon. I have 2 packages coming TNT 791896972 TNT 138724823 one , 138724823 arrived on 30th September. Still can not get it, even i have sent what they required from me on email 28 th September to mr Vasco Leitao from Fedex Express Europa. Today he has just said he doesn't have any information about my parcel, so i did look online and found the info and sent to him .Even though on September 28 th i send my nif and invoice to release it from customs. This product is laptop computer. for 2nd parcel TNT 791896972 , it is a blanket , nylon blanket. i have sent the invoice and it is attached to outside the carton box. Mr. Leitao put documents in the same compartment. Invoice shows that is a blanket and it costs 30 usd. i have received a notification that i need to pay 70.12 euros for taxes. I paid. Today i received the parcel and description in tnt tax invoice it says computer laptop in description product. And the customs value is 135 euros. I opened the parcel and it is the blanket. i called and write to Mr. Leitao , telling him that there was a mistake, they confused both invoices. He said that it is my problem for not checking and nothing can be done. And for the parcel that arrives 15 days ago , which it is computer tablet, he said he has no information for this parcel. I couldnt believe how come it is so bad service. Last month i have same problem they delay 28 days to delivered my parcel. i am so disappointed and very frustrating. I have all proofs for all is written above. hope can find any solution for this.
