This is genuine portugese kitchen. Tables covered with proverbs. Fish dishes fresh and tasty. Very nice service. Large tiled Space downstairs. Descrete entrance. This is for regulars. I could eat here every Day.
We were in Lisboa for a few days to explore the city for our first time. Our Airbnb host recommended us this local restaurant - we went their for dinner. Straight from entering this restaurant we had not the feeling that we were welcomed the waiter was not friendly at the end we ordered fish with french fries and a mixed salat. In the first place they have ignored our order and instead of our order they brought us one side dish of potatos and green beens which should be two plates because we ordered two fish. On top of that they charged us in the end 10 EUR more which I pointed out they gave us the money back but they did not apologize for it - In conclusion the fish was good, ignored our side dish order, brought us 1 plate instead of two, charged us more due to the above mentioned points we did not felt well there - that was our experience.
Simple, good food, a typical portuguese restaurant for locals.
I wouldn't change a thing about this spot. Top notch food, staff and prices. Can't go wrong.
