Today i went to the office in Areeiro to receive some information related to my situation, as I am employee hired here and for six months I did not get my NISS number. That is wrong, but I can be patient and wait until they solve the case. But i will not let anyone scream at me, when I am coming to receive information as an employed resident who pays taxes in this beautiful country. The lady who works at the reception literally screamed at me. I was asking questions If I can join the queue if i did not make an appointment (simply do not know yet how the whole system works). When she found out, I do not have number yet, she started to scream at me and telling me to come back in January. When I decided to join the queue anyway, she run after me screaming "Do you understand ?! Nobody will talk to you !". Something is wrong here. I may not be aware of the whole system. But I should be awared by the employees of this institution. Not screaming and treating in such a bad way. That lady serves to public and the way she does it makes it just ridiculous.

Falta de profissionalismo, caracter, humanismo, malandrice, robalheira, de respeito e o dever a cumprir em prol dos serviços prestados a nível geral... por isso Portugal esta como esta. Não trabalham e não deixam trabalhar, um atraso total.
