This is so bad place with bad stuff. I’ve been here for 3 months. As metnioned everywhere, there is failing internet connection so much when all of the residents needs to work from home. Also, there is so much noise from the train station because there is no sound proof isolation at all! At the end, be careful with the contracts!!! They are not accepting ending the contract before signed date and they are not returning the security deposit that they must gave back!!! So poor and bad experience!

Nice and well equipped studios, brand new. But unfortunately the building is located between a large road with lots of traffic, a railway and a container port. The noise level is very high even inside the studios. I don't think there is enough acoustic insulation. If you are sensitive to noise, this is not your place. The internet connection is also poor.
Bad stuff, no internet connection and lot of noise inside the building from the trains! Also, be careful with the contracts as they are outrageous! So bad experience!!!
As mentioned below, the internet is unusable here which means I can't do my job. I've had to pay extortionate amounts for data every single month. This issue has been ongoing since September 20th when they opened, the whole building is complaining daily and yet they didn't even bother to attempt to fix it until the end of October. It is now mid November and there is still no improvement, no compensation, not even a notice or apology to the residents. Minor things: The gym is barely equipped, the communal kitchen costs 60 EUR to rent out, the washing machine has a cheaper price for cards Vs coins, and as ventilators connect you with your neighbours, the smell of their food directly wafts into your apartment. There's no cooling or heating in the apartments except a little rotary fan on the ceiling- I can't imagine how sweltering it will be here in summer if it's this hot in autumn/winter. Overall if you don't ever need to use internet (which btw your key is an app on your phone so when the internet goes down you're left locked outside waiting for it to come back on!) Then you'll survive. However if you work from home, better get paying for that data or pay a little more to live somewhere else.
Been here for 15 days and the internet is failing every single day at any time. You guys need to understand this is critical specially when there are residents who work from here. Raised several complaints and still nothing. FIX IT! or provide discount for the inconveniences.
I've been living here since the opening on September 15th - there are internet connection issues where it keeps dropping periodically even with cable (it's been happening for a month now and who knows when it'll be solved), the pool is still incomplete and unusable, and the noise of the trains right next to my studio is impossible to miss. The windows seem to isolate well, it's just that living basically on top on the train tracks comes with a certain level of noise 24/7 that one can't ignore. This includes train track maintenance at 3am, not just trains passing by during the day. The fact that smart studios haven't apologised to the residents living here for the unstable living conditions due to wanting to open the studios asap, while unfinished, makes me not want to trust this company ever again and want to live anywhere else once my contract is done.
