What you see is what you get. In my opinion the quality of the work is not acceptable, but Gotazul is happy with the result and as they have admitted can’t do better. When I complained about the result of their works I got following statement „ mosaico está, em nosso entender, dentro das tolerâncias admissíveis para este tipo de revestimento. „ All in all a very bad experience for us. Update: Gotazul writes that our name is not in their data base... strange... However, they do not deny that the pool in question in made by them. If they can not identify which one it is it means that all their pools look as dilapidated as ours...

Bom dia! Fiquei bastante satisfeito com o produto que me foi apresentado para reduzir o cloro. Estive uma semana a ouvir profissionais de outras lojas a dizerem que era impossível baixar o cloro e que esperar era uma virtude... E foi uma semana deitada ao lixo. Entretanto estes srs apresentaram um produto que fez reduzir o cloro quase que instantaneamente. Ontem após correcção e análise do cloro não esperei mais e mergulhei, isto às 22h!! Obrigado à GOTAZUL!
