Ordered a washing machine. However, Worten: -dont deliver products as ordered -dont call when there's a problem with the delivery -delivery multiple times postponed -customer service is horrible Never going to buy at Worten again.

Worten is a very good electronics store as they have a mid level range of most products. The Sines sales team generally speak very good English and the after sales service has always been very efficient. Its a good idea to consult the website before visiting because they don't always have every item in stock. Plus you might find out the name (in Portuguese) of a particular item you require makes life easier.
