Excellent pre and post sales care. Very professional sales process. Alfred answered all our (many) questions with clarity and patience. Installation was on the date promised, and went smoothly and quickly. He did not mind my looking over his shoulder with interest as things were put into place. Two months ago, ESS was totally unknown to me and was my first contact with an installer of a PV solution, contact through its website. Right after the 1st meeting with Alfred, I felt total confidence / security, in such a way that I immediately approved the budget and today, 30 days after the completion of the installation, I am delighted and in addition to a supplier I believe I made one more friend . We are very happy with our new energy solution of solar panels and battery. The company that made this happen for us, Energia Solar Solutions, did an excellent job. The engineer who installed the system was professional, friendly and always punctual. He made sure everything was working.This system is governed by computer so we can see on our phones, on the SMA Energy app, how much energy we're getting from the solar panels, how much energy we are using from the battery, how much energy we're using from the grid, how much energy the battery contains and how much energy is feeding back into the grid. He has done all the communication and fee paying for the liscence and we should get a contract eventually from the electricity company so that they pay us for the energy we are giving back to them. Apparently the Electricity company is quite slow at doing this.
5 stars well deserved. We were updated about progress throughout the whole proces and everything went as discussed / promised. Highly recommended.
