Worst courier service ever. Seur as well is the worst along with dpd.
if i could rate this place 0/5 i definitely would!!! they never pick up for customer service! they went to the wrong house and didn't even call to inform me that they went to the wrong address which is their fault because i gave my full address to the shipper.. and now my package is nowhere to be found and no one is giving me any answer!
Item never delivered. Tracking on their website didn't even work. 'Address query' is a typical issue, presumably another way of saying 'We couldn't be bothered to deliver your parcel.
This is the worst delivery. company not only in Portugal, but probably in the world. They lied to both me and Amazon about when my parcel would be delivered for 4 days.
It is absolutely shameful that every time Amazon uses SEUR now DPD for delivery they always send a message saying that they can’t find the address, comes to find out the order never left the warehouse, Amazon sends a message with the information that they receive from SEUR/DPD,why not call your client and tell them that you can’t deliver until couple days later ? Thanks for the always bad service Seur/DPD
Although they missed the delivery (the driver apparently made a mistake with the packages), I contacted them directly (went to their warehouse in Lisbon) and everything was cleared up and the staff there was really helpful. Up to now they had never missed a delivery and I used them frequently (through Amazon). The 4-stars are due to the helpfulness of the staff at the warehouse and the fact that up to now they had never missed a delivery for me.
