We ordered 12 wines and waited a month for them to arrive (which was fine). However when they arrived, 2 were missing and 4 were the wrong vintages than advertised. All younger and inferior vintages. We have since tried to get a refund. I did get an initial response (where they asked me how much refund they should give). Then when I asked for a refund of the wines that were missing, plus the pro rata cost of shipment, plus (optionally) some goodwill for them sending inferior vintages. I have never had a response or the money. That was months ago. So the lesson here is, they'll take your money and send you some wine if they have what vaguely matches what you order. If they don't have the wine, they'll just not send it and keep your money. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!

I have placed an order on the 17th of December to surprise a family friend for Christmas, but it looks like this won't even make it for the new year. Moreover, no one is responding or replying to the mails. Kindly be cautious
Awful customer service. Ordered over a month ago and still not despatched. When asking for an explanation through their Facebook account (as there was no response through the website) they said this was down to BREXIT even though I ordered 3 weeks before the UK left the EU. I gave them an opportunity to send the parcel this week and they still haven't despatched. Requested a refund and the response was 'done'. Avoid at all costs!
I Ordered 12 Bottles of Post Scriptum There was A Problem With The Year , The Office Apologized & Gave Me a Voucher if I Wanted To Use On A Future Order or A Refund , I Ordered Another 12 Bottles of Tres Bagos Sauvignon Blanc & The Order Arrived Perfectly & On Time. I Will Definitely Order From Them Again.
Cannot recommed it all. We placed an order on the 25th of April and never got it so far. We tried to call - no answer. We sent multiple emails - no answer. So just lost money. Probably a scam site.
Paid for a large order two months ago and a big price for shipping, they sent half the order after about a month or so. Luckily none of it was broken as it was packaged so badly and had loose bottles in a big box. Struggled to get a response about the rest of the order, eventually got a message back saying it was getting shipped but it still hasn't arrived. Of course the most expensive bottles are still the ones missing too. Hopefully they have the decency to sort soon but I can in no way recommend wine house Portugal currently, their communication and service is awful and it seems they have scammed many others. If the price seems cheap it is probably because you will struggle to get wine once ordering.
Received port but wrong year! Very disappointing. I await their response for refund and will update on outcome but this seems a reoccurring problem looking at the reviews...
These guys are a scam. I ordered 18 bottles and I got 12. No reply to my emails. I try to call them every day but no one answers the phone.
