Morning Matt & the SandyBlue team I would just like to give you all some feedback following our amazing visit to the Casa Marice last week. The Villa WOW, amazing, every bit of detail of the renovation had been thoughtfully pieced together to give an amazing 7 STAR Experience. The Villa was nothing but FANTASTIC. Great location, just ten minute walk to the beach and the bars/restaurants. Cleanliness Spotless, Paulio I think her name was, was brilliant, even giving me a lift to the supermarket on our first day. Thoughtfulness My 50th birthday card and the bottle of champagne as a superb touch, not expected at all, but a thrill to receive. In terms of other great thoughts, every bit of thinking to make life easy, from utensils to beach towels everything was there at a touch. Negative Now I am been picky…as it was that good…but If I had to pick a negative/improvement, I would increase the pool temperature a tad and add a few more external lights to the back. All in all…what a fantastic experience we’ve had…I thank all the team of SandyBlue and look forward to seeing you all next year! Thank you Neil Jackson & Family

Our holiday to Portugal in September was genuinely one the best holidays we have had. Me, my partner and our two kids stayed in the apartment Lily and the value for money was outstanding. I really couldn’t find fault with the apartment, the location, how clean it was and the facilities. We will 100% be returning.

we have used SandyBlue a few times in the past. this is the first time we have rented the same villa two years in a row, Macaco. so goes without saying, the villa was excellent, with all our needs. the quality of service by SandyBlue is superb. all staff friendly, very polite and helpful. i think fair to mention Suzi has been our main contact in the last two years. however, everyone including cleaning and villa maintenance, great. on this occasion we arrived with two, 8-month-old babies and every request had been met, so made the visit completely stress free. two beautifully made up cots and high chairs at the ready. we couldn't fault SandyBlues service. yours sincerely

The villa was amazing. really amazing. But on the check in day, we could only enter at 5 pm. But, on the check out day, they informed us we had to leave at 9 AM!! Nine AM. At that hour, they already had a cleaning team entering the villa. I have never ever ever booked such an expensive villa and got asked to leave at such time. We were 7 people, on vacations. I felt that they were not honest and, at the end, we paid but lost an entire day of vacations (because they only let us in as 5 pm but we had to leave at 9 am so we didnt enjoy neither the first nor the last day.) i always booked through other agencies and always checked in at 3 pm and checked out at noon. We are not talking about a cheap villa. AT ALL!

What a fantastic time again this year in the heart of the golden triangle. We found Villa Cyan to be perfect in every respect, great location close to the fabulous beach and all the excellent selection of restaurants nearby, very modern inside with all the necessities you require. We specifically liked that all bedrooms had an excellent sized en-suite bathrooms and an abundance of hot water even is all 7 guest were getting ready at the same time! On a couple of occasions we had to request some help with minor points and just like previous years the Sandy Blue team were super-fast to act and solve the questions we had. Overall another faultless holiday and as a seasoned Algarve holiday maker both Villa Cyan and Sandy Blue surpassed expectations.
