When booking, the driver told me that he would be there within 15 minutes. In the end he arrived after 45 minutes, so I missed the bus I needed to catch by a long shot. The driver saw nothing wrong with it and didn’t apologize, let alone offer to drive me a bit further so I would actually get where I wanted to go.
