Fillet steak on a stone is so good. Its quite a large piece of beef and the stone is hot enough to cook it to your exact liking. The wine was cheap too.

Buganvilia has been the best restaurant I have tried in Alvor. Their daily menu has a huge variety of fish, and they offer a great range of meats too. Simply put the service is fast, the house wine is great and served at a perfect temperature. The fish was grilled to perfection, juicy and soft, while the meat, we went for the option on the stone, was tender and flavourful.

Good food in good prices. We had Avária fish and strogonoff, both very tasty and well served. The fish was very fresh and I would repeat it! The service was friendly, the place itself simple and clean.

Absolutely disgusting meat. I asked for medium, got overcooked meat as u can see from the pic, and got charged 16 euros . Would give 0 star if possible . Fried fries soggy. Never be back again. If u do not have any particular request is fine but honest2is not worth it. Not sure why got so many reviews.fish good for the price, never order meat
