The Holmans

Great place, food, environment and great service . We accidentally came 15 minutes till closing and they graciously served us. The food was very tasty and fresh. The prices were pretty spectacular as well. Me and my husband loved it so much we ordered room service later that day from them. Highly recommend this place.

We decided for our last diner of our trip in Portugal to est a the hotel. Well we got the worst service in all of our 10 days in Portugal. Our server forgot that being kind and smiling was part of a good service. We also took 2 different meals of codfish... it was over cook ... Sad for our last moment in Portugal...

Estamos hospedados no hotel Lutecia e almoçamos hoje neste restaurante, e nao tenho palavras para descrever o quanto estamos satisfeitos, as refeições todas desde entradas até prato principal e ate o sumo natural de laranja, estavam maravilhosos, nao encontramos um único defeito para apontar e olhem que eu sou uma pessoa critica ao mínimo pormenor. O borrego estava super tenro e bem temperado. Os funcionários sao de uma simpatia e gentileza que raramente se encontra hoje em dia, vinham sempre perguntar se estamos bem. Ate no pagamento da conta de 81 que erramos ao pensar que pagamos 90 e so demos 80 , quando pedimos o troco a senhora nos explicou que so demos 80 e nao nos cobrou 1 em falta. Simpatia extrema . se pudesse dava 10 estrelas.

Très loin de l'image que l'on peut se faire de la gastronomie portugaise et c'est bien dommage car le restaurant est situé dans un bel hôtel. Les plats sont corrects en revanche le service est à revoir et n'est pas digne du lieux : maître d'hôtel très énervé et particulièrement sec avec les clients et avec sa "brigade" de jeunes serveurs, le temps entre 2 plats servis est particulièrement long (30 min en moyenne), eau servi en bouteille uniquement (et donc payant : 3,5 euros). Note toute particulièrement aux personnes ayant prix la demie-pension dans l'hôtel : le choix des plats est limité et non représentatif de la cuisine portugaise (exemple : soupe de légumes spagettis bolognaise pastèque). A éviter donc

Si vous aimez les cocktails alcoolisés sans alcool... Et les spaghettis bolognaise à Lisbonne n hésitez surtout pas ! Le tout servi par un "maître d'hôtel" qui s enerve très vite. A fuir. Pourtant situé dans un très bel hôtel...
