I usually don't write an review if I haven't eaten at the place, but I have to do it, as the waiters were incredibly unpolite. We wanted to have a bottle of wine in this place. When we arrived we looked if a waiter would notice us and show us a table, nobody even looked at us, so we thought ok, like in the rest of Portugal they clean the tables regularly and we can just take a seat. So we took a seat, then one of the waiters said something to the other and the other came to us and said to us in a very unpleasant tone that firstly we cannot just take a seat and secondly the food will take a long time to prepare! We said thats ok, as we want to drink something after what he said that its not possible they are a restaurant and not a bar! That would be ok, but there is a big sign on the street which says Bar Adega so... I do not recommend this place to any, you dont feel welcomed there!

Been here twice due to the lack of alternatives. Me and my friends all had poorly tasting food. Everything is of the lowest quality. The waiters don’t write down the orders and consequently bring different food than what was ordered (again, happened twice). The food is cheaply priced with sizeable portions, but that doesn’t make up for the bad taste in your mouth. The best part of this place is the red house wine for 8 euro.

The waiter was great but unfortunately the steak wasnt! We sent it back and they cooked it a bit more, which made it a bit better but then the rest of the food that accompanied it was cold! Not a great experience, Im afraid. Other people's food looked super, maybe we just ordered the wrong thing!

Food, wine and bill were good. The man who runs the restaurant suggested us local wines and dishes, he was very attentive to our needs and in my opinion the kindest restaurant owner I've ever met. Highly recomended.

We enjoyed our food. The trout was very fresh and tasty, with delicious vegetables. The service was nice and the people very friendly, but it could be improved. We had a waiter on his first day and he was clearly doing his best and was very pleasant, but the other staff should have supported him better, for the sake of the clients.
