The staff were super helpful! I went looking to break through a genealogy wall I had hit. Not only did they spend time helping me find what I was looking for, they showed me how to use the online tools. Also, the fee for copies of documents was very reasonable. Very friendly!

One lady was very helpful, friendly and professional. One other gentleman was very crude and rude. Hence ok, depends on who helps you will determine whether you like it or not. Very nice place to have a coffee. Clean and fresh building

Helpfull staff and pleny spaces to read. Free parking lot, and access to many publications. Private cafeteria with good prices for snacks

Local com instalações agradáveis e propicias ao trabalho. Infelizmente, a minha permanência durou apenas 5 minutos na biblioteca, pois a falta de educação, comunicação e civismo no atendimento pela Rececionista da entrada e por uma das Secretárias da biblioteca, tornaram impossível o intuito da minha ida a este local. A aposta na formação destas senhoras será uma mais valia prioritária. Contudo, não posso deixar de salientar na simpatia da Senhora que trabalha no café, que ainda faz-me acreditar na humanidade.
