The apk for the smartphone works well, the busses are for the most part good ones, and if you creat an account in their site, you get some really great prices with reflex.

First time I try this bus terminal. We bought a couple of tickets, and when we board the bus our seats were taken. The driver verified that both us and the other passengers had the right tickets, and they were in fact duplicated. The driver escalated the problem to the station staff, who had sold us the tickets. The station staff verified the problem and told us there's nothing they can do, that it was our fault for not forcing our way on the seats, and in two occasions- I kid you not - explicitly suggested we forcefully remove the other passengers (ladies, who also had the right tickets) from the seats. The station staff refused to reimburse the tickets, and instead offered to move us to the next bus. Needless to say, we took the train instead, and will not drop by Rede Expresos ever again. The bus itself was half an hour late, but there was no announcement about the delay anywhere. We had to ask around to find out. The experience could not have been any worse. I strongly recommend avoiding the company. Take the train instead
Very good

Boring old bus station but the buses are fast and usually on time. Book on line if you can. It can be a little hard to find your bus so don't be afraid to ask! The Rede Expresso service provides cheap travel in Portugal. Comfortable seats, some have a WC.
Trips at reasonable prices if you register by them. The buses are very comfortable and the trips normally go very smooth. On the negative side most of the times the buses are late and the screen where the information about the ETA of the bus and designated lane do not work
Mais barato do que o comboio. I like becouse is cheapest way to go out from city.
