Queluz National Palace - A great Palace in Rococo architecture of the 18th century. The Palace itself experienced unlucky histories due to fire destruction before it extensively restored and presently opens to the public as a major tourist attraction. There are lots of beautiful historical remains that can be seen not only inside the Palace but also outside of the surrounding like the beautiful garden with the fountain of Neptune and the beautiful Channel of the Tiles. Really a must to see in Sintra, Portugal.

I went to visit the Gardens. Meanwhile, since I was there I decided to visit the Palace as well. Visiting the Palace it was indeed the best of my visit as the gardens were total disappointing. I found after my visit that the gardens are in reconstruction. Expecting that the gardens reconstruction can give to the Palace a fresh air and more beautiful environment. As the Palace and the gardens has potential to be the Portuguese Versailles in their own proportion.
A beautiful place to visit. You can visit the Palace, it is very beautiful, its in good condition. And then you have the amazing gardens out side. In the garden you have amazing status, you have multiple types of flowers and then you can visit the house of horses. They are lusitana horses and they are very friendly. You can pet them. Very good for children. And the best thing is that it's free on Sundays for people that live in Sintra.
One of the most beautiful palaces I have ever visited! Was amazed by interior art, the history behind it, and the gardens around the palace. Highly recommend!
An unexpectedly wonderful place to visit. Huge buildings, tons of art and antiques, but I liked the gardens best. Fascinating, well kept (with no doubt limited resources) and quirky. The staff in the cafe were super-nice and friendly, as were a couple of the gardeners that we got talking to. Recommended.
Gorgeous palatial. Veioes newly learned and experienced the garden is already incomprehensible. I can recommend everyone to go there and see the a and learn something about the culture
