An awesome restaurant, right in the middle of the city. Its a traditional portuguese restaurant, with a lot of local dishes. The staff was nice, professional and very fluent in english. You get a good selection of regional fish and meat-dishes with high quality incredients. My favourite part were the appetizers, but thats just personal oppionion ;) we ordered as a big group of about 20 people and shared the different meals between us, so i can safely assure that they were all on their own really great. A clear recommendation for anyone staying in Póvoa de varzim or any nearby city.

Restaurant has charm and client atmosphere. Starter plates were fine especially the olives. Main course was poor cod fillet not fresh in bland seasoned batter although vegetables were reasonable Pasta with monk fish & shellfish very poor reheated meal. House wine was acceptable. Service was excellent Overpriced compared with competition. Much rather pay a lot more for fresh seafood rather than frozen reheated food.
