Potencial Jovem - Associação para as Oportunidades da Juventude e a Dinamização do Território, established in February 2018, in Faro, South Portugal, is a non-profit association working in the fields of youth and territorial sustainability at local and regional levels. It aims to combine the skills and motivations of young people and the needs of territory and society, as a double-merged solution for two different issues. The first concerning the development of practical and soft skills of young people, aiming to increase their employability and motivation for participating in society. The second the resolution or mitigation of environmental, cultural and social issues of Faro municipality and the Algarve region.
