While you can find good vines, watch our for the final prices! I ordered 10 bottles for EUR 120, which included EUR 22 for transport. Portugal Vineyards distribution partner then charged me with an additional EUR 60. When asking Portugal Vineyards about this, they told me that it is my obligation to check if their logistics partner is charging correctly...

My worst online experience ever!!! Order on the 01/12/2020. Started packing 10 days before and only after a complaint email. Scheduled to receive on the 13/12/2020 with no delivery. Another delivery scheduled to the 18/12/2020 and again not delivered. On that day they said that it was already shipped and was due to receive on the 21/12/2020. On that day I received an email saying that they did not have two bottles... really strange because \it was already shipped\. Then a lot of emails trying to convince me to not cancel which I did. Only received my money back on the 6th of january - 37 days after paying. DEFINITELY this is NOT a trustworthy company.

The Website has errors. I chose a different address for invoice and delivery and the invoice was issued with the delivery address. This was a problem because all 3 orders where gifts to be delivered. I immediately contacted Portugal Vineyards per email and telephone. After 3 emails sent over a period of 1 week I still haven’t received any reply. The phone is continuously unavailable, being directed to voicemail. Terrible customer experience. Very unprofessional. I don’t recommend it.

Superb range of Potuguese wines, excellent service. Payment by card is secure and delivery by either DHL or UPS is tracked. I've had a number of deliveries over the last 12 months and have not been disappointed. If you're looking for Portuguese wines this is the place, give them a try.

.bad client service - unfortuntaley didnt like the client service at all ...takes serval days to get even an answer ...delivery mostly late or very late ...ok it arrives but not as promised ...or announced .not even closer ! .so not happy with it ...mostly if u get an answer is : we are sorry due to to much orders .....too much orders then dont allow that many orders and do it right we those u have ...lots of good products price is ok ... delivery all over europe for fair prices .. ....-serval time i even didnt get an reply so ...as a customer not happy
