Hot water comes and goes. Bathroom too small. Good location. No washer or dryer. Good wifi.

Went to see Picasso exhibition. Lovely and clean space and charming bar for refreshments. Well worth the visit.

Save yourself some time and money, the building is pretty but 10 to see few sketches and a couple of photo is definitely not worth it.
