Historical place. A very old and rich family lived here, and has sold it to the Spanish insurance company MAPFRE. This insurance company built a big office building in the adjoining terrain and gardens of this palace kind of rich family house. The family Pestanas kept as private property of the family just the Chappel at the side of the house.
