The hotel is in a very convenient location a short walk from the main sights of Porto. The rooms are relatively small, although some have outdoor space, and there is nowhere to sit and work other than the bed. The room size is sufficient, though. The bathroom and especially the shower is uncomfortably small. It's virtually impossible to take shower without hitting something. Water pressure is good, though. Staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast had a good variety of things served as a buffet, using gloves and masks, despite the Covid restrictions - which was good. The common areas of the hotel are nice looking and provide additional space for working and sitting.

Modern style hotel very close to all the main spots of the city and near the main shopping street. The staff was very kind and helpful. Very good buffet breakfast, that offers both sweet and salty food.
The main reason for the five stars is due to the amazing staff people! They have been very very helpful and they we're trying to make sure stay excellent! The rooms were spacy and very clean. Breakfast was great too with plenty if option for food and drinks. The hotel is very close to the center of Porto and very close to Sao Bento train station. From there you can go for shopping or visit the Riviera and many other beautiful sites! This hotel will be my selection again when I go to Porto again. Highly recommended!
Nice service, I like the clean room, tile on the ground, really cute, the hotel is across the church, near square, nice place nice view.
Very clean and breakfast excellent with big choice, they leave coffee and tea bags in room but know milk cartons, not having a fridge in the room is really annoying especially when it's hot as cold drinks go warm quick, air con a big plus point, cleaning staff do a very good job and are polite, the lift is tiny just about got the suitcases in and a couple of people and we are slim, overall good value for the money and would use again.

Location is good but service has been disappointing so far. Their website says they have laundry and parking services, neither of which have proven to be accurate. Parking is with a garage that's a ten minute walk away and is not free. Laundry service is "unavailable on the weekend" per the clerk at the front. Room is ok. Bathroom is very tiny.
